“Epic Gatherings embodies the pinnacle of my life’s adventures, driven by an innate desire to enrich the human experience. It all begins with boundless curiosity, which has propelled me to master four languages, explore landscapes in over 40 countries, and undertake a 100-day voyage circumnavigating the globe by sea.
From jumping off cliffs in Southern Africa to paragliding over South America’s majestic landscapes, trekking the Andes Mountains to immersing myself in the vibrant heart of the Amazon rainforest, or participating in transformative plant medicine journeys and ancient rites of passage—each experience has shaped me and fueled my growth.
I now firmly believe that experiences serve as our greatest teachers, and they need not be extreme to be profound. Indeed, it is in the simplest receptive moments when life-changing epiphanies can find space to surface.
My mission is to inspire others to step beyond their comfort zones, embrace new perspectives, and embark on transformative journeys of self-discovery—all while savoring life’s pleasures along the way. To this end, Epic Gatherings curates bespoke experiences for those seeking personal enrichment and the pure joy of living life to its fullest.”

“Not all who wander are lost! Epic Gatherings is the results of a life of wandering, and a call to uplift the human experience. It is this wanderlust that has gotten me to learn four languages, taken me to over 40 countries and propelled me to join a voyage across the entire circumference of the globe by sea in 100 days. My love for the adventure has driven me to jump off cliffs in Southern Africa, paraglide in South America, trek the summits of the Andes Mountains, venture deep into the Amazon jungle, and dive with giant mantas in the South Pacific. I’ve taken part in numerous plant medicine journeys, vision quests, and many other ancient rites of passage because they challenged me to grow, and continue to blow my mind wide open.
I believe that experiences can be our greatest teachers, but I no longer believe that they need to be extreme for their lessons to be powerful or transformational. Epic Gatherings are curated experiences for those who want to grow while soaking in life’s pleasures. My way of supporting others to move beyond their comfort zone and experience new ways of going about life — all while thoroughly enjoying the process.”
Why Italy?
“Italy provides an idyllic nourishing environment for anyone to look within, while being inspired by culture, food and nature’s beauty. The Italians’ deep appreciation for art, design, history and cuisine is exciting enough, but what’s really special is the way Italy’s entrancing lifestyle encourages connection and self-expression.
It is no coincidence that Tuscany is the birthplace of the Renaissance movement. Awaken, creative masters like Leonardo da Vinci, Catherine of Siena, Michelangelo, Donatello and numerous others have been cradled by these lands, and more continue to be inspired today. It is a portal for romance that sips through your pores by simply being there. I’ve been exploring Italy for 20+ years, and Tuscany continues to be the place I go to find peace, healing, and inspiration.”

Bio
Graseilah’s passion for creating enriching experiences has been as diverse as her background. She’s directed and produced international conferences and retreats for over 15 years. She’s hosted a wide range of audiences, from universities, environment and government groups to defense and space organizations.
Graseilah has a Master’s degree in International Policy and Bachelor’s in Economics and International Relations. She’s an alumna of Singularity University at NASA-Ames. She’s fluent in Italian, Spanish and English, and proficient in French.
In addition to spearheading experiences with her organization Epic Gatherings, she serves at the University of California Observatories, creating educational events for astronomers and astrophysicist. She currently resides in the US with her husband, and continues to pursue a life of exploration and wander.
